Background of development

• Former method (Injection product+Glass+SUS assembly item) for reducing weight and manufacturing process
• GLASS → PLASTIC(PC) Once injection material replaces, general injection is not able to be responded due to the deterioration of weatherability based on imbalance of internal stress
• We need second-step injection method instead of SUS assembly product

• By reducing weight of parts on vehicle, aim to improve the fuel efficiency
• Productivity improvement and manufacturing cost reduction via process simplification
